An issue affecting the “Fidelity” parameter in several copainter AI features was resolved at 7:30 PM today. We apologize for the inconvenience and have issued a coupon for 10 tickets, valid until December 3, 2025.

We identified an issue in copainter where the “Fidelity” parameter did not function correctly in the AI features for line art, inking, coloring from rough sketches, and image transformation.
The issue was fully resolved today at approximately 7:30 PM.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and trouble this may have caused our users. We are taking measures to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
