Starting November 4, based on customer requests, we’ve expanded add-on ticket purchases beyond the previous 10-ticket packs by introducing new 50-ticket and 100-ticket options.

About this update

• This applies to customers subscribed to the Light plan or higher.
• You can now purchase 50 or 100 add-on tickets at once.
• Purchased tickets can be used across various AI features within copainter.
• Your first purchase of these new packs includes a bonus as follows:
  • First-time purchase of 50 tickets: +10 bonus tickets (total 60)
  • First-time purchase of 100 tickets: +20 bonus tickets (total 120)
• Ticket validity remains the same: tickets expire 60 days from the purchase date.

How to buy 50 or 100 tickets

1. Log in to copainter
2. Click “Use copainter” to open pages like AI Assistant or Image Generation
3. Click the “+” button next to your ticket balance in the top-right corner
4. Review the ticket quantity and price on the purchase screen, then complete your purchase

Q. Do purchased tickets have an expiration date?
A. Yes. All tickets are valid for 60 days from the date you receive or purchase them. Tickets will automatically expire after that period.

Q. I’ve purchased the 10-ticket add-on before. Can I still get the first-time purchase bonus?
A. Yes. If you purchase the 50-ticket pack for the first time, you’ll receive +10 bonus tickets. If you purchase the 100-ticket pack for the first time, you’ll receive +20 bonus tickets—for totals of 60 and 120 tickets, respectively.

Q. Are the 50/100 ticket packs or the bonus offers limited-time?
A. No. At this time, there is no time limit. If anything changes, we will notify you in advance.
